I’ve been an exercising fool since last week and I’m not sure why. Here is my bike mileage and other exercise.
Friday – 8 miles plus 2 miles of walking and 1.5 hours balancing on a swiss ball
Saturday – 13 miles plus 1 mile of walking
Sunday – 14 miles
Monday – 5 miles after work
Tuesday – no miles but one hard session working on cantering with Prize and setting up and trying out the husband’s AbLounge
Wednesday – 2 miles out in the real world with hills and swiss ball pushups and ab work
I feel like I’m in a bit better shape. I’ve done the hill work that I did today before but today I did it with much less panting (and whining)!
