I finally heard back from the court today. They’ve rejected our paperwork for divorce again. They don’t like the language for the spousal support but they won’t say what they want. I think the problem is that we aren’t fighting. We agree totally on the provisions so the paperwork is simple. They keep wanting clarifications. This time it is what happens if the property doesn’t sell. I think it is self-explanatory in the document. It says that the ex pays the mortgage until it sells. Period. But apparently that’s not clear enough. Next thing they’ll be wanting to know is what happens if aliens land…..
