I read 12 books in April.

There were:
- 3 nonfiction
- 4 audiobooks
- 1 relisten
- 3 continuing series I’ve been reading
- Written by 1 Japanese man, 1 Black woman, 1 Jewish man, 1 Egyptian man, 1 white man, and 7 white women
I actually did read something off my own shelf. All the Beauty in the World was a Christmas gift for the husband because I wanted to read it too. He had been waiting for me to read it so he could pass it on. He finished it a while ago.

In May it is time for Wyrd and Wonder, a month long celebration of all things fantasy. It’s one of my favorite events of the year with lots of prompts of things to write about. Isn’t that dragon adorable?
Have a great May reading month.
The A to Z Challenge really cut into my April reading – I only finished 9 books.
What a nice variety you had this month. Had to laugh that you gifted a book to your spouse that you wanted to read for yourself, too — I’ve also done this!
That Wyrd & Wonder lil dragon mascot sure is a cutie. Hope you have fun with that event in May 🙂
