Books I Read on Vacation
I went to the Maryland shore in September with my husband and dog. I did also manage to get some reading done.
This one came in from the library just in time to go on vacation with us. It is a cute story of a witch who has to break her lifetime rule of hiding her magic to protect some child witches.
I mostly read this one laying in bed being lazy in the mornings.
This was our audiobook for the road trip down to Maryland and while we were driving around. I picked it because my husband had been obsessed with fresh tomatoes for the two weeks before we left.
This is the final book in a series that I absolutely love. I saved it especially for vacation so I could focus on it.
This may seem like a weird beach read but I was enjoying it. The problem was that I kept staring off at the ocean or napping so I didn’t get much of it done.
When we needed a new audiobook for the ride home I knew the husband would like this one and it was already in my Audible library.
I am so excited to finally pick up Irregular Witches. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone speak negatively about it.
My husband and I often listen to audiobooks while we travel, although I have a bit of a hard time listening to them while I sit in the car. I tend to fall asleep, even when we’re listening to a good one! Ha ha.
Happy TTT!

I love that you and your husband listen to audiobooks during road trips. I bet it helps the time pass more quickly!
