We had 29 entries in November! That’s great for this time of year. My foodie reading was down because I was focusing on Nonfiction November and SciFi Month and didn’t manage to work foodie books into that. However, I have been watching Foodie TV – besides just The Great British Bake Off.
Have you guys watched Julia? I guess it came out in March on the HBO Max app but we just found it. There have been shows about Julia Child writing her cookbooks before but this show focuses on later in her life when she started the television show. It is so good.
This does tie into books because one of the characters in the show is her book editor, Judith Jones. She was a fiction editor at Knopf before working with Julia. After that she became responsible for a lot of the classic cookbooks and starting the careers of a lot of cookbook authors. She wrote a memoir in 2007 that I’m interested in finding and reading. It sounds like she had a fascinating life.
There is one more month to go on the bingo. We’ll link them up in January.
Foodies Read is a link up for books about food. Each link must have a book in the post. Entries that don’t will be removed. All genres are welcome!

Thanks for hosting this Foodies Read Bingo Challenge Heather. It was fun to have a reading goal.
