Our farmer’s market is open on Saturdays now. That always amuses me because there is nothing growing here yet. The sellers have to improvise. Lots are selling vegetable plants. There are many baked goods stalls. Dogs are a popular recipient of marketing attention. There were three booths selling dog treats today.
Look at that pie. That is brilliant. I love cherry pies but I couldn’t justify buying a whole pie for just the two of us. That is a mini cherry pie – a strategic marketing move to lure in buyers like me. I also got a bag of dog treats and some cheese. Can’t wait until there is actual produce to buy.
