I laughed when I saw this shirt today. Â I had to buy it because I knew it would have the Freckles seal of approval.
Wednesday
10,307 steps 4.45 miles
Thursday
I went to Universal Studios. Â 20,110 steps for 8.68 miles
Friday
Back to the real world of cold and snow and no convention centers to walk for miles in. 8,121 steps.
Saturday
I did 2 miles on the track in the morning. Â Then I took Freckles for a short walk in the snow. Â It was maybe 3/4 of a mile.
Later I did:
One bear complex (clean, squat, push press, back squat, push press) every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Â I used 45 lbs.
5 rounds of:
- 5 cleans
- 5 front squats
- 5 push presses
- 5 burpees
I used a 55 lb bar.

That is a great shirt!!! I usually head to my mall to walk when I can’t get outdoors and don’t want to just walk the treadmill at the gym. I need to get back to doing some strength training and yoga – both are so good for you and really can be done anywhere! I just need to remember to do it!!!
I love that shirt! Great job on being active this week! I love all the squats, presses, burpees and steps!
