Wednesday
I am counting standing in the ocean as my workout for today. Yeah, it is hard work but someone has to do it. The waves were moving at an angle to the shore so I ended up doing the running man just to stay in one place. That makes it a workout!
Thursday
Beach yoga class. It was a very basic beginner’s class made more difficult by the sand shifting under your feet and the wind pushing you over. But you can’t complain too much when this is your studio.
Savasana was great.
Sunday
Class was cancelled so Freckles and I hit the trail to make up for the Festival of Chocolate.
Monday
Went for a walk with the husband and Freckles. Freckles has been spoiled by the pet sitting service we had during vacation. She thinks she is entitled to twice a day walkies now. I told her to get a job if she wants to keep hired staff coming in.
Tuesday
Back to class – The workout today was as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
I did 8 rounds plus another set of pikes and squats.

I love the ocean running and beach yoga! It sounds like you got right back at it after vacation to — that’s always hard for me. We’re going out of town later this month. I’m going to use you as motivation to get right back to my normal workout routine when we return.
