We did 3 rounds of:
I did it in 19 minutes and 11 seconds.
Sunday
I’m not taking Sunday classes anymore but I did it at home. I looked up the classes I didn’t take during the week and picked a workout. I did 21 reps then 15 reps then 9 reps of:
Tuesday
This was my first day on a new class schedule. Instead of having one class at a time they are running hour long classes that start every half hour. The classes are smaller now so the trainers are watching you even more. When my class was getting ready to start one of the owners of the gym (who had been teaching us up to today) told us to go run a 400 meter lap. Then he had us do three rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 squats. Then our class trainer took over. But, when the owner’s next class came in he started them with a 200 meter run. I called a foul. He laughed and said it was because we were being punished for not being in his class. They did lunges. No pull up, push up, squat combo. We told him that it was nice of him to care enough about us to want to make us tougher than his classes!
(He had called me yesterday with a dog question. He has a Lab and they get thyroid issues causing skin problems. His dog has skin issues that aren’t resolving so I asked if the dog was heavy since that is a symptom of thyroid disease too. I heard this horrified intake of breath. “Not that I’m implying your dog is fat but Labs get thyroid disease…” Note to self – don’t ask if your marathon-running, super fit trainer’s dog is fat! LOL)
The workout today was 4 rounds of:
I did this in 19 minutes and 13 seconds.
Everyday I’ve been doing my burpee challenge too. Today I need to do 16.

I had a wardrobe malfunction last week. I couldn’t figure out why my sweater kept riding up. Turns out it wasn’t my sweater. My jeans were falling down too much. I’m going to have to give them up even though they were on sale at an outlet that doesn’t have them anymore.
I went into my stash of skinny clothes to see what I had. I was able to get into a pair of dress pants that are very forgiving and one pair of jeans. I could zip and button another pair of jeans that are 100% denim – no spandex at all! They aren’t ready to be seen in public yet though. The last pair of jeans with stretchy stuff wouldn’t even go over my thigh which is rude since it is the same size as the others. So I’m sort of down 2 pant sizes depending on what jeans you believe.
Sounds like you had a great week! Congrats on being down 2 sizes!!
Woohoo! The pants test is the best measurement of success!
I’m so proud that you’re doing your Sunday workout on your own. Great job.
