I had help with this one. Z helped pick the fabric and supervised. She also decided that the block looked better with the one square turned a different way than the pattern intended. I’m not crazy about this as a single block but I can see how it might work well as a whole quilt. It was quick and easy so I might keep it in mind.
The block is laying on a (not flat) chair since my house is in renovation upheaval right now and there are no flat surfaces readily available – hence the rippling.
