I noticed early in the year that a lot of the books I was reading either had LGBT+ main characters or were by LGBT+ authors. I’m not sure if my pool of books changed or if there are just more available books now.
I’m not distinguishing between books with and without LGBT authors because I’m not digging into people’s lives. If the information isn’t readily available on their author biography or social media I’m not looking deeper.

I noticed the same thing and think, particularly in YA literature, there are far more books with LGBTQ+ characters now than even just a couple years ago. About time!
