November Events
Nonfiction November is back!
It starts today. Every Monday this month will have a blog prompt about nonfiction books. I love this event! In previous years I’ve read nonfiction only in November but I didn’t plan ahead that much this year.
NaNoWriMo
It is also time to write your novel during National Novel Writing Month. I’m writing a romance. Who else is writing this year?
Super interesting covers. I’ve never been able to get myself to read any Pam Muñoz Ryan–it always seems like it’s going to be so serious. Juliet Takes a Breath is on my TBR, but otherwise I haven’t seen any of these. Super curious about A Long Way to a Small Angry Planet and How May We Hate You, based on titles alone!
Becoming Naomi Leon was serious but fun too. It is middle grade so it isn’t overwhelming.
Good luck with NaNoWriMo! I’m writing a fantasy, but I’m kind of running out of steam this week. Hoping I can catch up next week!
I’m going to be running into the part of my NaNo book that I don’t have well thought out this week. Time to start improvising.
Most of these books I haven’t heard of before. I want to read Becoming Naomi Leon and Radio Girls. I’m finding nonfiction to be as much fun as fiction in the books published today.
You did awesome. A couple of those appeal to me, like Jonas Karlsson’s book. Happy November!
Lots of great looking books! Hope November goes well for you!
