I got part 3 of the Orca Bay mystery quilt done this week with the help of a Netflix Doctor Who marathon. It was 350 grey and neutral half square triangles.
Part 4 is making 128 pink string pieced triangles. I’m string piecing these instead of making them on a foundation because I’m too lazy to cut out all the foundations. I’m starching them really heavily to keep them from stretching too badly until they are sewn to something else.
I just started the pink triangles. I’m all out of Doctor Who so I need to find something new to watch until the last season gets put on Netflix.
Hi,
great job on the clue #4, I chose pink too! that WAS a hard clue….. check out mine and a give away on my blog
Nice blocks, the pink is very nice.
Love the pinks!! I like the layout too 🙂
Nice take on the blocks. Mine are really scrappy. I have about 14 strings in each block. It’s going to take me a while to finish part 4.
