This was taken on the summer solstice. The pictures looked horrible in the camera so I never did anything with them. I transfered a bunch today from my camera to the computer and they look totally different! This isn’t the actual moment when the sun disappeared (that still looks awful) but this shot is much better than I actually remember the day being.

I’ve had that same experience with my digital camera. The photo doesn’t look good on the screen, but when I download it, it looks great. Of course, I’ve also had the opposite happen…
