I was traveling last week and took some of these hexagons to sew together. They are two different project. The small ones are for applique accents for a Quilts of Valor top and the large ones are for my HexyMF project. I got addicted to making these again and kept sewing once I got home so I have a lot of flowers this week!
Love the fabrics and patterns. Thank you. Paris with http://quiltingquest.com/
Love your red, white and blue hexies! I think I need a road trip to get some hand piecing done….
Wow, I agree that both projects look great together! what lovely flowers this week!
So many beautiful flowers, well done !
That is a lot of flowers. If you hadn’t said they go to different projects, I’d have thought just one, because they go together so nicely!
You have a lovely collection of flowers here in coil ours which all work together, even though you have two projects in the go. Hexies are quite fun and easy aren’t they. Thanks for dropping by my blog.
I just started making hexagons. Right now I am working on a table topper. Once I am done with that I think I will just make the rest of the box up and then decide from there how to put them together.
I want flowers for quilt embellishments for sure.
My mother used to quilt but then stopped when her eyesight was compromised due to cancer treatment. (She had ocular cancer and a very intense treatment for it.) Your flowers look wonderful. I can’t wait to see how they call come together.
You do have a lot of flowers this week. Excellent!
Beautiful flowers and SO many. WTG!
EPP is such a good companion on the road — really calms me to stitch!
