I’ve spent the morning messing around with my template. I truly have no idea what I’m doing but I stare at the source for pages that have things I like until I figure out how they did something. Then I totally mess it up while trying to recreate it on my blog. Eventually I get the whole thing working again but it takes all morning.
What I was supposed to do this morning was to make at least 1 and hopefully 2 bird blocks. Now I have to take a shower, put the horses inside, go ride Prize, kill a few hours, and then go to a meeting on horse nutrition (with free dinner) where my boss is supposed to give a brief chat on bioterrorism. How that ties in with horse nutrition I don’t know. I think it was a spur of the moment thing because he’s not on the advertisement for the meeting.
I was going to post the blocks I made this morning but we can all see that didn’t happen so here’s a goldfinch that I did a few days ago.
What? Did I say something wrong?
[It could be. Stranger things have happened. Today, even.]
My comment on the first comment:
“Houston… we have a problem.”
You’ve probably done this, and I’m spouting old news, but you are checking both the HTML and the CSS pages of folks’ blogs, right? The CSS- and in some cases, the blog-specific- tags are converted to HTML in the processing…
Just a thought.
