Today was a sewing day. I have been working on a true UFO. I had some rail fence blocks left over from what was going to be my brother’s wedding quilt before I changed designs in mid-stream.
I got them out and made a few more to make the center of the quilt and then just added a strip border. Here’s the finished top.
This is what quilt photo sessions are truly like around here.
that’s gorgeous!
Lovely quilt. I love the vibrancy of it! And your dog seems to know that it’s a perfect colorful background for her beautiful white self! *wink* Wish I could get my dogs to pose. Every time Puck sees a camera, he rolls over on his back so you can get a pic of his belly. Jenny likes to investigate and “kiss” the camera, or turn around & show off her @$$. *rolling eyes*
This is beautiful, as are all of your quilts.
I usually have to retake at least half the pics I take as, I have a little Jack Russell who seems to end up in a lot of photos…. thank God for digitals… Then I have Dawson, the aussie, who slinks off and hides every time the camera comes out.

Great quilt!!!! It is good to read you are being creative, it is good for the mind. Taking photos in my house is not fun because I seam to get one of the three dogs in the photo.
this is a wonderufl looking quilt — very colourful and cozy…. 🙂
