Horses do not eat cat food. That has become my new mantra. Prize has developed a taste for it. I’ve been turning the horses out in the arena and she passes the cat food to get there. One of the cats today tried to tell her that it was his food and she needed to GET AWAY. But she just lowered her head to his to look at him and he decided that the giant animal could have his food if she wanted it.

Note to self – Putting the cat food up on a shelf works to keep it away from small dogs. However it just puts it closer to a horse. Seems self-explanatory but sometimes I don’t think logically.
