Today this mistaken purchase
became ice cream!
Chocolate Banana Coconut Ice Cream
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups coconut milk
6 T agave nectar
1 banana
1 T vanilla
Blend all these together. It wasn’t sweet enough for me so I added some more agave and honey to taste so try it first. Freeze according to the directions for your ice cream maker.
Pina Colada Ice Cream
15 oz cream of coconut
2 cups coconut milk
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1 T vanilla
Mix it all up and freeze as directed.
