We’ve gotten a little snow here off and on. It tends to go away in a few hours. But it makes the dog happy while it is here.
Why are there random trees decorated in the woods? I don’t know.
After struggling with a really hard puzzle for a while, we did a simple puzzle to recover. I got this one for the husband’s birthday. It is the parks in our area where we walk a lot. I was doing a walk near our house on a day where there was an event. They had a little pop up store. When I saw this puzzle I knew it was perfect for his birthday.
I finally finished The Lady Brewer of London. I loved it but it is an emotionally hard read and it is long.
I don’t have anything exciting lined up to read next. I’m only working on Monday and Friday for the next two weeks so I’m going to have some good reading time. I need to find something to sink into. Maybe it is time for some good rereads…..
I made a video this week where I tasted some the chocolate that I learned about in the book Wild Chocolate. These bars are made from cocao that grows wild in the rainforests of Brazil and Bolivia. I wanted to try it while I was reading the book so I ordered some.
I also made a video ranting about how much I hate bookstores.
