I started to sew together rows of this quilt.
I still don’t know how big it is going to end up since I have some fabric left. I have a feeling it might end up square. I’m not a big fan of square quilts so this one might be a picnic spread. We’ve got a few things that we need one of those for and we don’t have one.
I’m still working on the Hexy MF quilt a long. (Probably now and forever to get this done). I got these two flowers together. It turns out that I like working with the basted hexagons better than the glued ones. I don’t like that revelation. It either means more work or I need to get better glue.
Lovely flowers! I love pink no matter what color it is 🙂 I’ve gotten as far as saying I’m doing the Hexy MF. Can’t wait to see yours.
I am doing the hexy mf too! I love making hexies and yours are lovely
The hexy flowers are very pretty. I have only ever done basted hexy’s, as I have lots of threads that aren’t a colour I use much, and I’m not convinced about leaving the glue on the fabric indefinitely…
Love your flowers – especially the paisley one!
Cute hexies. I’ve never tried glueing my EPP projects and have only got into the whole thing fairly recently anyway, but the basting process has become very relaxing for me. Just this evening I basted about two dozens whilst watching some TV. I’d never have guessed when basting my first batch!
Loving the picnic spread and great flowers!
All of your work looks wonderful. The picnic spread will look perfect and I love the colors you chose for the flowers.
